By accessing and using MikroDeal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• All purchases are subject to product availability
• Payment is held in escrow until delivery confirmation
• You have 72 hours to confirm delivery or report issues
• Disputes must be raised within the specified timeframe
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
• Vendors must verify their identity with NIN/BVN
• All product listings must be accurate and truthful
• Commission fee of 5% applies to all sales
• Orders must be processed within 24 hours
• Vendors are responsible for product quality and fulfillment
• Payment is released after successful delivery confirmation
All transactions on MikroDeal are protected by our escrow system. Buyer payments are held securely until delivery is confirmed or auto-released after 72 hours. Disputes can be raised within this period.
• Selling counterfeit or illegal products
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Spam or unsolicited marketing
• Circumventing the escrow system
• Misrepresenting products or services
MikroDeal acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of vendors to complete transactions. Our liability is limited to the escrow protection provided.
