How Escrow Protection Works

Your money is safe until you receive your order

When you checkout, your payment is securely held in our escrow account. The vendor does not receive the money yet.

The vendor processes and ships your order. You can track the shipping status from your orders page.

Once you receive your order, inspect it to make sure everything is correct and as described.

If everything is good, confirm delivery to release the payment. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute within 72 hours.

After you confirm delivery, the escrow releases the payment to the vendor. Auto-release happens after 72 hours if no issues are reported.
